Hey there!
If you’re looking for a simple way to get vitamin B12, D3 and Omega-3s then I highly recommend that you click here to check out my recommendation for that.
Below are all the different kitchen appliances that I use and love! Having the right kitchen appliance can make all the difference when you’re using any of my recipe books.
Whether you’re making sauces from my Let’s Get Saucy book or smoothie bowls from Lean & Clean, having the right blender can mix up your creations much more effectively. Sauces come out creamier and a powerful blender like the Vitamix can whip up Medjool dates with ease. I’ve also linked blender cups that are perfect for making salad dressings or smoothies and storing them in the fridge!
Investing in a quality and powerful blender is a great addition to any kitchen!
I’ve been a huge fan of the Instant Pot for the last 3 years. This is a great cooking tool for anyone who is busy and wants to simplify their life while eating a plant-based diet. You can create big batches of food that you can store in the fridge in a fraction of the time compared to a crock pot. I’ve loved it so much I even made an entire recipe book for it, Epic Vegan Pressure Cooking, which is full of oil-free recipes for lazy people.
Another great feature of the Instant Pot is that you can get silicone lids designed specifically for the inner pots. What that means is you can prepare a big meal, seal the leftovers and store in the fridge. Reheating the food you make is a breeze. Just take the leftovers out of the fridge, remove the silicone lid, put the inner pot back in the cooker and turn the Instant Pot on to keep warm. Many meals I make require blending. Transferring the ingredients out of the Instant Pot can be annoying so I’ve linked below an immersion blender that I use to make my famous corn chowder.
Derek and I have the 3 qt size Instant Pot. For the two of us, the size is just right. If you have a family with children, you’d probably want the 6 qt model.
This griddle has been another awesome cooking appliance that I find myself using all the time. I love the hash browns from Lean & Clean or the Potato Reset, and the griddle is great for getting them nice and crispy.
I’ve been recently obsessed with making sandwiches and this is perfect for toasting them. The cooking plates are reversible so you can either use the flat side or the side with ridges. That means you can cook some Field Roast sausages or burgers without having to fire up the grill. This is perfect for small kitchens like mine. You can also get waffle plates too!
We’ll reach out to you shortly.
